Does anyone remember
the word disarmament?
I would like to bring this time period back to your remembrance for one
reason. While the nations were talking about peace and disarmament, I
was bringing out Scriptural prophecy, which clearly showed that the
nations would never have peace because all nations and religions reject
the Laws of peace and health. It's impossible to live in peace or to be
healthy without following these Laws.
Strategic Arms Limitation Talks
These negotiations helped thaw Soviet-American relations during the cold war. With help from National Security Adviser Henry A. Kissinger, President Richard M. Nixon and Soviet premier Leonid Brezhnev completed the first Strategic Arms Limitation Talks (SALT) in 1972. Both sides agreed to limit their offensive intercontinental ballistic missiles. The United States ended up with fewer missiles (710 submarine and 1,000 land missiles to 950 submarine and 1,410 land missiles for the Soviets), and Nixon would not cut other weapons, especially MIRVs (Multiple Independently Targetable Re-entry Vehicles), which put several warheads on one missile. But he and Brezhnev agreed to limit the amount of defensive antiballistic missiles (ABMs). The Senate approved the treaties 88-2.
Nixon's successors met mixed results in negotiating SALT II. President Gerald Ford and Secretary of State Kissinger met with Brezhnev and agreed to reduce the number of missiles, but disputes over Soviet treatment of Jews chilled relations. When President Jimmy Carter proposed more cuts, Brezhnev refused. Then, with the United States opening diplomatic relations with China and the Soviets needing economic help, Brezhnev met with Carter in Vienna in 1979 and agreed to SALT II, which limited strategic nuclear launching missiles to 2,400 (later cut to 2,250) per side, with a maximum of 1,320 to be MIRVs. But the treaty ran into opposition in the Senate, and the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan in December 1979 again harmed Soviet-American relations. The treaty was not approved, and in 1982, President Ronald Reagan announced that SALT was being replaced by a new round of negotiations, START (Strategic Arms Reduction Talks), which led to subsequent agreements to reduce nuclear weapons.college.hmc.com
Strategic Arms Limitation Talks (SALT II)
SALT II negotiations began in November 1972. A major breakthrough occurred at the Vladivostok meeting in November 1974, between President Ford and General Secretary Brezhnev. At this meeting, the sides agreed to a basic framework for the SALT II agreement. The completed SALT II agreement was signed by President Carter and General Secretary Brezhnev in Vienna on June 18, 1979. President Carter transmitted it to the Senate on June 22 for its advice and consent to ratification. On January 3, 1980, however, President Carter requested the Senate majority leader to delay consideration of the Treaty on the Senate floor in view of the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. In May 1982, President Reagan stated he would do nothing to undercut the SALT agreements as long as the Soviet Union showed equal restraint. The Soviet Union again agreed to abide by the unratified Treaty. Subsequently, in 1984 and 1985, President Reagan declared that the Soviet Union had violated its political commitment to observe the SALT II Treaty. Strategic Arms Reduction Talks
Phase in peace discussions dealing with disarmament, initially involving the USA and the Soviet Union, from 1992 the USA and Russia, and from 1993 Belarus and the Ukraine.
It began with talks in Geneva, Switzerland, in 1983, leading to the signing of the Intermediate Nuclear Forces Treaty in 1987. In 1989 proposals for reductions in conventional weapons were added to the agenda. As the Cold War drew to a close from 1989, negotiations moved rapidly. Reductions of about 30 percent; in strategic nuclear weapons systems were agreed in Moscow in July 1991 (START) and more significant cuts were agreed in January 1993 (START II); the latter treaty was ratified by the US Senate in January 1996. Russia's Duma ratified START II in April 2000. just following the inauguration of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Under the treaty, which applies to inter-continental rockets, the USA and Russia will both halve their stocks of atomic warheads to between 3,000 and 3,500 each by 2007. SEOUL, South Korea - South Korea said yesterday that North Korea will resume nuclear disarmament talks July 26 after a 13-month boycott, with diplomats from five nations stepping up pressure on Pyongyang to scrap its nuclear weapons program.
North Korea agreed this month to return to the Beijing talks after being assured by the top U.S. nuclear envoy that Washington recognizes its sovereignty. South Korea's Foreign Ministry said the talks would convene July 26. No closing date was given.www.baltimoresun.com
Six-way nuclear talks may head to overtime-S. Korea
SEOUL, July 20 (Reuters) Negotiators at talks next week in Beijing to end North Korea's nuclear weapons ambitions are ready to work beyond the four days of previous sessions in order to reach a deal, South Korea's foreign minister said today.
Ban Ki-moon said Seoul had received assurances from parties to the six-country talks that they can extend the sessions, allow for breaks in order for consultations with their home countries and change the format to allow for more time for hard bargaining.
The talks involving the two Koreas, the United States, Japan, Russia and host China open on July 26 after a break of more than a year. Three previous rounds since August 2003 lasted around four days each and produced little real progress.
Analysts have warned that North Korea may try to turn the discussions into mutual disarmament talks, where it is treated on a par with Washington as a nuclear weapons state.
They said that if Pyongyang pressed this point, it could scuttle the talks because patience is wearing thin among the other parties, who would see this as an unwanted diversion.
''Our basic position is that the purpose of the six-party talks is to resolve the North Korean nuclear issue, and so discussions should focus on that,'' a Seoul official said. U.S. Ambassador to Japan Thomas Schieffer said the nuclear issue was the top priority for the upcoming nuclear talks.
''That issue has to be addressed and if that issue is not resolved, then it seems to me that nothing else is achievable,'' Schieffer told reporters on Wednesday.www.deepikaglobal.com
According to prophecy, four-fifths of the earth's population will be killed in this three and one-half year time period, which started April 13, 2004. The one-fifth who are left, of all nations that have rejected Yahweh's Laws of peace, will even go up to The House of Yahweh to keep these Laws. Notice the true translation of the words of Zecharyah the prophet of Yahweh.
Zecharyah 14:16—
Then it will come to pass that everyone who survives of all the nations which came against the priest who will teach peace, will also go up from year to year to worship their heavenly Father, Yahweh of hosts, by keeping the Feasts at The House of Yahweh.
Most people are unaware of these prophecies and of the great wisdom found in the Laws of Yahweh. Both preachers and priests have rebelled against the Laws of righteousness. Therefore, they are cut off from Yahweh and the Savior. Most people do not know the 613 perfect Laws of peace, joy, and love found in the inspired Scriptures. They are unaware that the original inspired writings of the prophets were changed.
The Name of Yahweh and the Messiah, Yahshua, were replaced with titles such as Lord and God. Even in the days of Yeremyah the prophet, this was taking place. Therefore, many of today's versions of the Bible do not have the Name of the Creator Yahweh or the Savior Yahshua. Some scholars know these facts but do little to nothing to change these wrongs.
The copyists and scribes also removed the prophets' names from the Scriptures because the prophets' names contained the Name of Yahweh in the pronunciation. Notice what the Prophet Yeremyah was inspired to write.
26 How long will this be in the heart of the prophets who prophesy lies? Yes, they are prophets of the deceit of their own minds;
27 Who devise; plan and scheme, to cause My people to forget My Name through their dreams, which they tell every man to his neighbor, just as their fathers have forgotten My Name for Baal; Lord.
Unger's Bible Dictionary, page 665, gives us the following information about the word Lord.
Lord, the rendering of several Hebrew and Greek words, which have a very different meaning from each other.
1. Jehovah (Yahweh; (Heb. YHWH, self-existent), Jehovah. This is used as a proper name of [the Creator] only, and should have been retained in that form, by the translators. See Jehovah.
2. Lord (Heb. 'Adon), an early word denoting ownership; hence, absolute control. It is not properly a divine title, being used of the owner of slaves (Gen. 24:14, 27; 39:2, 7; A.V. "master"); of kings as the lords of their subjects (Isa. 6:13); of a husband as lord of the wife (Gen. 19:12).The Jews, out of a superstitious reverence for the name [Yahweh], always, in reading, pronounce Adonai where [Yahweh] is written.
The name Yeremyah means: may Yahweh lift up. This word was not rendered, it was changed. They replaced the name Yeremyah with the name Jeremiah, thus giving credit to the Gods instead of Yahweh. This is only one example of the thousands of changes the translators made to the Scriptures in order to deceive. Notice what the Prophet Yeremyah was inspired to write.
20 The judgment of Yahweh will not return until He has executed and performed the thoughts of His heart! In the latter days you will understand it perfectly.
21 I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran; I have not spoken of them, yet they prophesied.
22 But if they had stood in My counsel, and had caused My people to hear My words; the Law and the Prophets, then they would have turned them form their evil way, and from the evil of their doings.

Why
In The Last Days?
If you notice in Yeremyah 23:20, the prophet was inspired to write that "in the last days you will understand it perfectly". What will be understood? Yeremyah is speaking of the plan of Yahweh, the prophecies, the Laws of Yahweh, and the rebellious state of mankind. It is very difficult for most people to understand that what they are doing is causing harm to themselves and to others. For example, illegal sexual acts such as fornication, adultery, homosexuality (men with men, or women with women), bestiality (men or women with animals), and women with multiple lovers have caused over 125 sexually transmitted diseases.
It doesn't stop there, millions of people are suffering from sickness and disease, and dying early deaths. Millions of babies are being born with crippling viral diseases. Yet, religious people continue performing these acts, while believing they will be given eternal life when they die, even though the Scriptures are totally against what they believe.
These same acts breed and mutate harmful viruses and microbes that enter the brain and cause confusion to the mind as well as fatigue, irritability, violence, hatred, uncontrollable lust, selfish desires, and war. This is all shown in the inspired writings of the apostles and prophets. Notice the following information.

Primary Syphilis
Symptoms of primary syphilis include a small, round, firm painless sore at the site of infection. This sore is known as a chancre. Occasionally, more than one sore may be present. Because chancres are painless, individuals often do not notice them if they are internal (i.e., inside the vagina). Sores appear from 10 to 90 days after infection, although the average is 21 days. The chancre can last between three and six weeks. The sore will heal without treatment, but the infection will remain, and will progress to secondary syphilis.
Secondary Syphilis
Symptoms of secondary syphilis include a skin rash that rarely itches, and mucous membrane lesions. Sometimes, the rash will start while the chancre is healing, or weeks later. It may appear anywhere on the body, and commonly occurs on the palms of the hands and soles of the feet. It may also cover the back. Other common symptoms include patchy hair loss, the presence of warts similar to genital warts, fever, fatigue and swollen lymph glands.
Tertiary Syphilis
After the symptoms of secondary syphilis pass, the person may have no symptoms for years, but will still be infected. Symptoms of tertiary syphilis include gummas (large ulcers) that devastate the muscles, liver, lungs, eyes and/or endocrine system; heart disease; and neurosyphilis, which affects the brain and spinal cord. Warts, similar to genital warts, may also appear. When passed to the newborn, if miscarriage does not occur, the infant is often born with brain damage, blindness, deafness and/or deformities of the bones and teeth. Tertiary symptoms appear years, sometimes decades, after the initial infection.

Notice in this same chapter (23) what Yahweh inspired Yeremyah to write.
10 For the land is full of adulterers; those who turn from following Yahweh to follow the gods (elohim). Because of this curse the land mourns; the pleasant places of the wilderness are dried up. Their conduct is evil, whose might is not right-
11 For both prophet and priest are profane! Yes, even in My own House I have found their wickedness, says Yahweh.
Compare the above Scriptures with the inspired words of the prophets Isayah and Malakyah, and the Savior.
1 Before Yahweh's very eyes, the earth is made empty and it is made waste. Its face is perverted, and its inhabitants are scattered abroad.
2 And it will be: as with the people, so with the priest; as with the servant, so with his owner; as with the maid, so with her mistress; as with the buyer, so with the seller; as with the lender, so with the borrower; as with him who takes usury, so with him who gives usury to him:
3 The land will be utterly emptied and utterly plundered, for Yahweh has spoken this word.
4 The earth mourns and fades away, the world mourns and fades away, and the haughty people of the earth languish.
5 The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants of it, because they have transgressed the Laws, changed the ordinance, and broken the everlasting covenant.
6 Because of this, the curse has devoured the earth, and they who dwell therein are desolate; therefore, the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.
1 For, behold, the day comes that will burn like an oven; and all the proud, yes, and all who do wickedly, will be stubble—the day that comes will burn them up, says Yahweh of hosts;
2 But for you who reverence My Name, the light of righteousness will arise with healing in its wings; and you will go out, leaping like calves released from the stall.
3 And you will tread down the wicked; for they will be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I will do this, says Yahweh of hosts.
21 For then will be great tribulation, such as has not come to pass since the beginning of the world to this time—no, nor ever will be.
22 And unless those days were shortened, there would no flesh be saved; but for the elect's sake, those days will be shortened.
29 Immediately, but after the tribulation of those days will the sun be darkened, and the moon will not give her light, and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.
These prophecies will take place in the coming three and one-half year period that we entered on April 13, 2004.
Yahweh actually prophesied that this world will not repent, even after one-third of mankind is killed over one-fourth of the earth.
20 And the rest of the men who were not killed by these plagues, still did not repent of the works of their hands, that they should not worship demons, and gods (elohim, teraphim) of gold and silver and brass and stone and of word: which can neither see, nor hear, nor walk;
21 Neither did they repent of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.
What people have the most trouble understanding is the fact that Yahweh, the Almighty Creator of the heavens and the earth, not only allows mankind to bring these curses upon themselves, but He also predicts what mankind will do and what the outcome of sin will be. He has warned mankind over and over that if they go contrary to His Laws, they will bring all these curses upon themselves that all the world is now suffering. The fulfillment of these prophecies prove the prophecies are true and the remainder of them can be trusted to come to pass.
So, why is Yahweh allowing such horrible things to come upon mankind? Why doesn't Yahweh force peace at this time? Yahweh has given mankind guidelines, called Laws, Statutes and Judgments, with the instruction that if you follow these guidelines, you will not bring sickness, disease, defilement of mind and body, hatred, violence, war and death upon yourself or your neighbor.
Yahweh does not force mankind to keep His Laws. Yahweh has put before mankind His perfect guide to health and peace. Yahweh says to mankind, "you choose" either life and blessings by keeping these Laws, or curses and death by going against these Laws.
But of the Tree of the Knowledge of Righteousness and Evil you must not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.
14 The Law is very near you: it is in your mouth and in your heart, so you may obey it.
15 See, I have set before you this day life by righteousness, and death and destruction__
16 In that I command you this day to love Yahweh your Father, by walking in all His ways, by keeping His Laws, His statutes, and His judgments, so that you may live and multiply, and so Yahweh your Father may bless you in the land which you go in to possess.
17 But if your heart turns away, and you are not obedient, and you are drawn away to submit to gods (elohim), to worship them by serving them__
18 I declare to you this day that you will surely perish; you will not prolong your days in the land which you cross over the Yardan to possess.
19 I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you this day, that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Because you are free agents to make your own choice between righteousness and evil__therefore choose life, so both you and your children may live.
The way of life and blessings only comes from keeping Yahweh's Laws of peace and health. The way of misery and death comes when we go contrary to Yahweh's Laws as did Adam and Eve.
If I have covered my transgression as Adam, concealing my iniquity in my heart.
Yes, Adam and Eve sinned by breaking Yahweh's Laws. That's what sin is.
Whoever commits sin, transgresses also the Law; for sin is the transgression of the Law.
Break any Law of Yahweh and you have sinned.
10 For whoever keeps the whole Law, and yet offends in one point, he is guilty of all.
11 For He who said; Do not commit adultery, also said; Do not commit murder. Now if you do not commit adultery, yet you do murder, you have become a transgressor of the Law.
Yahweh warns us, as He did Adam, that if we practice sinning, we will bring curses upon ourselves and others. He even warns those who will turn from sin to come out from among those who will not so that they will not suffer the same sicknesses (curses).
4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying: Come out of her, My people so that you do not partake in her sins, and so that you do not receive of her plagues.
5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and Yahweh has remembered her iniquities!
Notice what prophecy shows will take place in this time period.
Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying: tell us when will these things be? What will be the sign of Your coming and the end of the age?
21 For then will be great tribulation, such as has not come to pass since the beginning of the world to this time—no, nor ever will be.
22 And unless those days were shortened, there would no flesh be saved; but for the elect's sake, those days will be shortened.
29 Immediately, but after the tribulation of those days will the sun be darkened, and the moon will not give her light, and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.
Only nuclear war could blot out the sun, as is shown in verse 29. We also see nuclear burning in Isayah's prophecy.
5 The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants of it, because they have transgressed the Laws, changed the ordinance, and broken the everlasting covenant.
6 Because of this, the curse has devoured the earth, and they who dwell therein are desolate; therefore, the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.
The Prophet Malakyah speaks of this same nuclear burning, but he was also inspired to write about some survivors, those who remember the Laws of Yahweh. He also writes about a time when the Laws of Yahweh would be preached to an angry world and Yahweh's Laws would actually turn some hearts to the love of Yahweh.
1 For, behold, the day comes that will burn like an oven; and all the proud, yes, and all who do wickedly, will be stubble__the day that comes will burn them up, says Yahweh of hosts; and it will leave them neither root nor branch.
2 But for you who reverence My Name, the light of righteousness will arise with healing in its wings; and you will go out, leaping like calves released from the stall.
3 And you will tread down the wicked; for they will be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I will do this, says Yahweh of hosts.
4 Remember the Law of Mosheh My servant, which I commanded through him in Horeb for all Israyl, with the statutes and judgments.
Righteousness is obedience to Yahweh's Laws.
And it will be our righteousness, if we observe to do all of this Law before Yahweh our Father, as He has commanded us.
Unrighteousness is sin, or breaking the Laws of Yahweh.
3 Whoever commits sin, transgresses also the Law; for sin is the transgression of the Law.
7 Little children, let no man deceive you; he who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous.
8 He who commits sin is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of Yahweh was manifested; that He might destroy the works of the devil.
In Malakyah's prophecy, he mentions both those who will not keep the Laws of Yahweh and those who are righteous, reverencing Yahweh's Name by keeping His Laws. Those who reverence Yahweh are shown in the inspired prophecies to be protected. They will be safe and rejoicing.
1 For, behold, the day comes that will burn like an oven; and all the proud, yes, and all who do wickedly, will be stubble__the day that comes will burn them up, says Yahweh of hosts; and it will leave them neither root nor branch.
2 But for you who reverence My Name, the light of righteousness will arise with healing in its wings; and you will go out, leaping like calves released from the stall.
Notice, not only are they safe and rejoicing, they are keeping the Laws that Yahweh gave to mankind.
4 Remember the Law of Mosheh My servant, which I commanded through him in Horeb for all Israyl, with the statutes and judgments.
5 Behold, I will send Yliyah: the Law and the Prophets, which is The Strength of Yahweh, before the coming of the great and dreadful day of Yahweh;
6 And it will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers; before the earth strikes itself with a curse; cherem, utter destruction in The Day of Yahweh.
Because of the way in which Malakyah 4:5 was written, many people down through the centuries have erroneously believed that Malakyah was speaking about Yahweh's servant and prophet, whose name was Yliyah (I Kings, Chapters 17-21). The word Yliyah means the strength of Yahweh. Yahweh's Laws and the prophets are the righteous strength of Yahweh.
For I am not ashamed of the message, for it is the strength of Yahweh unto life everlasting for everyone who believes, to the Yahdai first, and also to the Greek.
The way of Yahweh is strength to the upright, but destruction will come upon the workers of iniquity.
Yahweh's Laws show His righteousness and ruling authority. All of His prophets proclaimed His Laws. Yahshua Messiah proclaimed the Law and the prophets to be the Yliyah (the strength of Yahweh) which was to come.
13 For all the Prophets and the Law prophesied until Yahchanan.
14 And if you are willing to accept it, this is the strength of Yahweh; Yliyah, which was to come.
The Prophet Malakyah was inspired to write that just before the great Day of Yahweh would come, Yahweh would establish a Work to bring one last warning to this world. This Work of Yahweh is to proclaim Yahweh's Laws and Yahweh's prophets, thereby turning the remnant of sons and fathers to Yahweh before the end comes.
And this message of the Kingdom will be preached to all the world by the one who bears witness to all nations; and then the end will come.
But the message must first be published throughout all nations.
In this last generation of man's governments of and by the people, not of and by Yahweh, Yahweh shows that He would establish His House and would actually bring forth the last warning to mankind before the end of man's governments takes place.
Remember this, Yahweh shows that man's governments, led by man's religions, would, by their rebellious actions, bring an end to four-fifths of the earth's population, bring an end to the governments of and by the people, and for a short time, bring an end to the sun and moon giving light to the earth.
Yahweh said the last warning would be brought by His House which would be established in the Last Days. The prophets Malakyah and Isayah prophesied of the establishment of Yahweh's House. Notice the following Scriptures.
1 The word that Isayah son of Amoz saw concerning Yahdah and Yerusalem.
2 It will come to pass in the last days, that the mountain; promotion, of The House of Yahweh will be established in the chief of the nations, and will be raised above all congregations; and all nations will eventually flow to it.
3 And many people will go and say; Come, and let us go up to the mountain of Yahweh, to the House of the Father of Yaaqob, and He will teach us of His ways, and we will walk in His paths. For the Law will depart from Zion, and the word of Yahweh will depart from Yerusalem.
4 He will judge among the nations, and will rebuke many people; they will beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks; nation will not lift up sword against nation, neither will they learn war anymore.
This is the same time period that Yahshua the Savior spoke of in the following scripture.
And this message of the Kingdom will be preached to all the world by the one who bears witness to all nations; and then the end will come.
This is the same group that Yahweh said in Malakyah 4:2 and Revelation 3:7-11 will be protected by Him.
7 And to the malak of the congregation of The House of Yahweh in Philadelphia, write: These things says He Who is holy, He Who is true, He Who has the key of David, He Who opens and no man shuts, and shuts and no man opens:
8 I know your works. Behold, I have set before you an open door, and no man can shut it; for you have a little strength, and have kept My word, and have not denied My Name.
9 Behold, I give out of those of the assemblage of the accuser__who preach themselves to be those who worship Yahweh, and they are not, but they attempt to deceive by falsehood__behold, I will appoint them for the purpose of worshiping in the presence of your footstool, and they will understand that I loved you.
10 Because you have kept the word of My patience, I also will keep you from the hour of temptation, which will come upon all the world, to test those who dwell upon the earth.
11 Behold, I come quickly! Hold fast that which you have, that no man take your crown.
The House of Yahweh is the same group that is taking the warning of the Kingdom of Yahweh to all nations in these Last Days. Yahweh is warning the world of what their rebellious ways are bringing them, and will continue to bring them in the coming three and one-half years. These three and one-half years started April 13, 2004, according to prophecy, and now history. The future of man's governments, of and by the people, are shown to be very bleak.

The burning spoken of in Daniyl 7:11 is the same burning and the same time period the Savior spoke of.
21 For then will be great tribulation, such as has not come to pass since the beginning of the world to this time—no, nor ever will be.

First, notice the words that have been incorrectly translated in Revelation 11:18. The word wrath is translated from the Hebrew word qatzaph ([xq). This word is listed on page 1125 of Volume 3 of the Hebrew and Aramaic Lexicon of the Old Testament by Koehler and Baumgartner, which shows this word means judgment. The word come is translated from the Hebrew word bawa (awb). This word is listed on page 184 of A Hebrew and Chaldee Lexicon to the Old Testament by Julius Furst, which shows this world means to come to pass. The word destroy in the phrase "and should destroy" is translated from the Hebrew word shachat (tj?). This word is listed on page 121 of the English, Hebrew, and Chaldee Lexicon by William Wilson, which shows this word means Yahweh's judgments.
Correctly translated, Revelation 11:18 reads as follows.
And the nations were angry, for You judgment has come to pass; and the time of the dead, that they should be sentenced, and that You should give reward to Your servants the prophets, and to all the saints-to those who reverence Your Name, small and great; and should judge those who destroy the earth.
Second, the nations are provoked to anger, showing Yahweh's judgment has come to pass. The world is far more dangerous nuclear wise, and they are still arguing about who will disarm and who will not. Notice the following news excerpts.

Over the "next several years", Beijing will deploy a DF-31 road-mobile, solid-fuel intercontinental ballistic missile and a JL-2 submarine-launched ballistic missile, the Pentagon said in an annual report to Congress on Chinese military power.

China, Russia Warn Against World Domination

MOSCOW (AP) - Russia and China warned other nations Friday against attempts to dominate global affairs and interfere in the domestic issues of sovereign nations in what appeared to be a veiled expression of their irritation with U.S. policy.
Presidents Vladimir Putin and Hu Jintao signed a joint declaration after two days of talks calling for a stronger United Nations role in global affairs and opposing attempts "to impose models of social and political development from outside."
The two leaders also urged other states to renounce "striving for monopoly and domination in international affairs and attempts to divide nations into leaders and those being led."
While the declaration did not identify any specific country, it echoed similar veiled hints by Moscow and Beijing about U.S. policy in global affairs.
After decades of rivalry, Moscow and Beijing have developed what they call a strategic partnership since the 1991 Soviet collapse, pledging their adherence to a "multipolar world," a term that refers to their opposition to U.S. domination.
China and Russia share a concern about increased U.S. influence in Central Asia since the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks, which led to American troop deployments in Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan for operations in neighboring Afghanistan.
While Russia remains a U.S. ally in fighting terror, relations often have been strained by U.S. concerns about backtracking on democracy under Putin and Moscow's worries about what it sees as U.S. meddling in ex-Soviet republics. Russia also bristles at western calls for peace talks with rebels in Chechnya.
The Russian and Chinese militaries are due to hold their first joint maneuvers later this year - which some observers have seen as Russia's response to cooling relations with the U.S. and other Western nations.
China has purchased billions of dollars worth of fighters, missiles, submarines and destroyers after the Soviet collapse, becoming the main customer for struggling Russian defense industries.

Gen. Myers: Russia, China Bullying Smaller Countries

WASHINGTON — The top U.S. military officer accused Russia and China on Thursday of "trying to bully" smaller Central Asian nations that host U.S. troops and cooperate with Washington in fighting terrorism.
Gen. Richard B. Myers, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, was asked by a reporter what he thought of a statement last week by a regional alliance, led by China and Russia, calling on the U.S. to set a date for withdrawing forces from bases in the former Soviet republics of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.
U.S. forces have used a base in each country since the early days of the war in Afghanistan. Both governments recently have questioned the need for continued U.S. access.
Uzbekistan has imposed new limits on U.S. use of its Karshi-Khanabad air base, after the Bush administration spoke critically of Uzbekistan's handling of anti-government rioting in May that killed 200 or more people.
The statement last week by the Shanghai Cooperation Organization was interpreted by some as an attempt by Russia and China to push the U.S. out of a region that Moscow regards as historically part of its sphere of influence and in which Beijing seeks a bigger role because of the region's extensive energy resources.

At the Pentagon, spokesman Lawrence Di Rita said Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld had not been in contact with his counterparts in Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan since they publicly questioned the continued presence of U.S. forces.

Russia Successfully Tests Newest Cruise Missile

Russian Air Force have successfully conducted a test of the X-555 cruise missile - the newest smart weapon utilizing the most modern technologies, the Interfax news agency reported on Thursday quoting deputy head of the weapons directorate of the Russian Military Forces Lieutenant-General Aleksander Rakhmanov.
"Our high-precision aircraft-based missile has been recently demonstrated. From a distance of 2 thousand kilometers the missile hit the target as they say in the air force `right in the window,'" the general said.
Rakhmanov added that all modern high-precision weapons technologies had been used to create the new missile. "This is a modernization of an old missile with use of all newest technologies," the general said.
The X-555 missile is a conventional modification of the nuclear-tipped X-55 which had been designed for strategic bomber aircraft like Tu-160 or Tu-95. It has a range of more than 2,500 kilometers and uses first-generation cruise missile targeting, which includes a radar scanner and an onboard computer that compares the terrain with a digital map making the missile independent from satellite-based navigation system.www.rense.com

Third, it's the same time that the saints, those who reverence the Name of Yahweh by keeping Yahweh's Laws, are to be given reward. The same time spoken of by the Savior.
30 And then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven; and then will all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
31 And He will send His malakim with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of earth to the other.
