Nuclear War: Man's Destruction Of Himself

Yahweh is not bringing this destruction upon mankind. Yahweh tells us in advance that mankind will do this to himself. Yahweh knew when mankind rejected His governing Laws and began his own government of the people, by the people, against Yahweh and for Satan, that man's government would end in destruction.
Yahweh knows the future. He knows what will take place when mankind does certain things. And just as a loving father or mother knows the consequences of their child touching a hot stove and warns their child of these consequences, so also Yahweh, through His mighty wisdom, warned mankind long ago of the consequences of man's government.
It was Yahweh Who set the Laws of the universe in motion. Yahweh knows these Laws assure peace, joy and abundant living if they are obeyed. However, Yahweh also knows when His Laws are ignored or broken that curses will come. Yes, Yahweh warned Adam of these consequences and Yahweh also warned this whole world.
The first warning from Yahweh came to Adam, but he rejected that warning. Adam allowed his wife to rebel against Yahweh and followed in this rebellion.

Genesis 3:2-6—
2 And the woman said to the serpent; We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden;
3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, Yahweh has said: You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, or you will die.
4 And the serpent said to the woman; You will not surely die.
5 For He knows that in the day you eat of it, your eyes will be opened, and you will be as gods (elohim), knowing righteousness and evil.
6 So when the woman saw that the tree was desirable for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate.

Yahweh's second warning came to mankind through His prophet Mosheh, when he told the warning of the curses which would come if Yahweh's Laws were not obeyed.

Deuteronomy 28:15,22—
15 However, if you do not obey Yahweh your Father, and do not carefully follow all His Laws and His statutes, which I command you this day, then you will cause all these curses to come upon you, and accompany you:
22 It will come to pass that you will cause yourselves to be struck with consumption, with a fever, with an inflammation, with scorching heat, with the sword, with blasting, and with mildew; they will stay with you, until you perish.

As we have read in this article, these words picture nuclear war. Mankind is bringing nuclear war upon himself because of his rejection of Yahweh's Laws, statutes and judgments. Our Heavenly Father Yahweh has warned of these consequences, yet mankind continues to persist in going his own way. This destruction is coming upon mankind because of his own sins.
