My Dear Friends,
The Quartet as a team of authoritative government workers was only formed in 2002, but Prophecy shows their actions for these Last Days. In 96 A.D. Yahweh gave that Prophecy to Yahshua who gave it to Yahchanan. Yahweh foretold of the Quartet 1,906 years before it became a force in the world.

Yahweh, the Creator, gives the understanding of Prophecy to His House to show them the future so they can take Yahweh's warning to the world before the world brings disaster upon itself.

Notice the words of Yahshua, the Savior, as shown in His Work today.
  .Revelation 1:1—
The Revelation of Yahshua Messiah, which Yahweh gave to Him, to show His Servants things which must shortly come to pass; and He sent and signified it through His malak to His Servant Yahchanan.

Yahshua was murdered, put in the grave on Wednesday at sunset, stayed in the grave three days and three nights, and rose from the grave Saturday evening at sunset. After His resurrection, He met with His Disciples and taught them the Work they were to do. Afterwards, Yahshua ascended into heaven where He took His Prophesied Place at the Right Hand of Yahweh as High Priest over the Last Days' House of Yahweh.
  .Psalm 110:1-4—
1 Yahweh said to my Ruler and King: Sit at My Right Hand, until I make Your enemies Your footstool.
2 Yahweh will send the rod of Your Strength out of Zion. You will rule in the midst of Your enemies!
3 Your people will have proved themselves obedient to the Laws on the day You go forth in power. They will unite with You, arrayed in their Holy Garments. Like the morning dew, they will completely cover the earth, governing with You.
4 Yahweh has vowed an oath, and will not relent nor change His Mind: You are a Priesthood forever after the order of Melchizedek.

All of the above is shown in Prophecy concerning the Savior Yahshua and Yahweh's Last Days' Work. In the time period of the Quartet, Yahweh also has a Work.

Quartet & Roadmap History And Structure
The Middle East Quartet emerged from a desire among the four principal international players engaged in the peace process—the United Nations, the United States, the European Union, and the Russian Federation—to consult more closely over the Middle East conflict and its resolution.
  On 10 April 2002 the Government of Spain, representing the rotating Presidency of the European Union, and the High Representative of the Common security and foreign Policy Javier Solana, hosted the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Kofi Annan, US Secretary of State Colin Powell, and Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov. These representatives, who had already met at the margins of the 56th General Assembly Session in 2001, came to be known as the Quartet principals, who have since continued to meet regularly.
  Intermittently, close coordination and collaboration between the Quartet members has proceeded on the ground on the envoy level, through the United Nations Special Coordinator, the Special Representative of the European Union for the Middle East Peace Process, the Special Envoy of the United States and later, the Assistant Secretary for Near East Affairs.
  In its meeting on 10 April 2002, the Quartet laid the foundations for what later became the Roadmap. The Roadmap defines parameters and steps to be taken by both Israelis and Palestinians to end the bloodshed and settle the conflict between the two parties, resulting in the existence of two states in the region, living side by side in peace and security.
  Formally presented to the parties on 30 April 2003, the Roadmap is a three-phase plan aimed at achieving a final and comprehensive settlement of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, on the basis of a goal-driven and performance-based approach. The Quartet is committed to assist and facilitate the implementation of the Roadmap and meets regularly on both the envoys and the principals levels to evaluate the parties performance on implementation.
  The Task Force on Palestinian Reform (TFPR) was established by the Quartet on July 10, 2002 in London. The mandate of the TFPR is to monitor and support the implementation of Palestinian civil reforms, and to provide guidance to the international donor community in its support of the Palestinian reform agenda. It reports to and works under the auspices of the Quartet at the envoy level. It also closely cooperates with the AHLC chair and fully informs the AHLC on its work.

The Last Days' House Of Yahweh

Notice in Hebrews 10:21 that Yahshua reigns as High Priest over The House of Yahweh.

And having a High Priest over The House of Yahweh.

And having an high priest over the house of God.

The word God that is written in Hebrews 10:21 of the King James Version is translated from the Greek word theou, which is a form of the Greek word theos. Thayer's Greek-English Lexicon of the New Testament, page 287; the Theological Dictionary of the New Testament by Kittel and Bromiley, Volume 3, page 79; A Greek and English Lexicon of the New Testament by Edward Robinson, page 370; and The Greek and English Lexicon to the New Testament by John Parkhurst, page 299, admit that the Greek word theou is the Greek translation of the Name Yahweh. Therefore, Hebrews 10:21 is correctly translated in The Book of Yahweh.

We read of the establishment of Yahweh's House in:
  .Micahyah 4:1-2—
1 But it will come to pass in the Last Days, that the mountain; promotion, of The House of Yahweh will be established in the chief of the nations, and will be raised above all congregations; and all nations will eventually flow to it.
2 And many people will go and say; Come, and let us go up to Abel; to the mountain; to promote/praise Yahweh, to the House of the Father of Yaaqob, and He will teach us of His Ways, and we will walk in His Paths. For the Laws and the Word of Yahweh will be restored to Abel by those who keep all His Laws and who are taught by the Priest who teaches Peace.

The word which has been translated mountain in Micahyah 4:1-2 is the Hebrew word har. The word mountain-har, when used figuratively, as it is in this case, means promotion.

The phrase in the chief of the nations (mountains), is translated in the top of the mountains in the King James Version. This is also used figuratively, and means those already promoted, the government of the churches in the nations of this world.

The New International Version renders this phrase...shall be spiritually exalted above all mountains.

The Wycliffe Bible Commentary, page 857, gives the following information.
   2.They will invite and urge others, and Jehovah will be the teacher. The Hebrew word for teach comes from a word meaning ``to cast a javelin'' or ``to shoot as an arrow.'' It came to mean ``to cause to point out,'' hence ``to teach or instruct.'' The thing pointed out became known as the ``torah'' or law. This word is used not of the Mosaic law only but of the entire OT; hence the teachings concerning the Messiah are included. All nations shall flow to Jehovah's habitation to learn of the Messiah, for they will desire His ways and...His paths. Jehovah will teach His purposes and demands, and it will be possible to walk therein because this law (Heb. tôrâ) shall go forth from Zion.

Where WillThe House Of Yahweh Be Established?

Yahweh shows that The House of Yahweh will begin as a small group in these Last Days. It will grow to become the largest, most powerful, ruling Kingdom on the face of the earth, the Government of Yahweh.

The Power of Yahweh is causing His Prophecies concerning His House to come to pass. Yahweh's House will become the Greatest Government of all, because Yahweh is our Father, and His Will must be done. As we read in Micahyah 4:1-2 and Isayah 2:2-3, the promotion of The House of Yahweh was prophesied.
  .Micahyah 4:1-2—
1 But it will come to pass in the Last Days, that the mountain; promotion, of The House of Yahweh will be established in the chief of the nations, and will be raised above all congregations; and all nations will eventually flow to it.
2 And many people will go and say; Come, and let us go up to Abel; to the mountain; to promote/praise Yahweh, to the House of the Father of Yaaqob, and He will teach us of His Ways, and we will walk in His Paths. For the Laws and the Word of Yahweh will be restored to Abel by those who keep all His Laws and who are taught by the Priest who teaches Peace.

Remember, this Prophecy is for the Last Days. The word mountain means to loom up, promotion, be lifted up. Yahweh's House will be lifted up or promoted.

In the King James Version, Isayah 2:2 says that The House of Yahweh will be established in the top of the mountains. This is not speaking of a mountain made of dirt and rock. If that were so, one dirt mountain would have to move to the top of another dirt mountain. This is speaking of nations and people. Notice the following Scripture.
  .Micahyah 6:1-2—
1 Hear now what Yahweh says! Rise up, present your case before the mountains, and let the hills hear your argument.
2 Hear Yahweh's contention, O mountains and enduring foundations of the earth; for Yahweh has a controversy with His People, and He will contend with Israyl.

Does Yahweh speak to dirt and rock? Of course not, He speaks to people. When the King James Version renders Isayah 2:2 as in the top of the mountains, this can only be speaking of the top or chief nation, of all nations. It is a fact that the United States of America has been the undisputed chief nation of all nations for years.

In What Nation?

  .Zecharyah 5:10-11—
10 Then I said to the Malak who was speaking with me: Where are they; The Two Witnesses, going with the Ephah?
11 And he said to me: To build The House of Yahweh according to the Standard of Perfection sent by Yahweh's Laws, in a Babylonish land which does not yet exist. And it will be established at that time; when The Two Witnesses are called out to their work; as the Established Place; the Habitation of Yahweh; THE HOUSE OF YAHWEH.

America was the only piece of mainland on earth that was not settled when Zecharyah gave this Prophecy. History states that America was not discovered until about 1492. That was only about 518 years ago. America is the prophesied land and Abilene, Texas is the prophesied place for The House of Yahweh to be established in the Last Days.
  .Isayah 2:2—
It will come to pass in the Last Days, that the mountain; promotion, of The House of Yahweh will be established in the chief of the nations, and will be raised above all congregations; and all nations will eventually flow to it.

The House of Yahweh was established in 1982 in Abilene, Texas, fulfilling another Prophecy in these Last Days. It is now taking the Last Days warning to all nations, including Israel, by the Authority of Yahweh through our High Priest Yahshua.
  .Isayah 44:7—
And Who, as I, will foretell, and set it in order for Me, since I appointed the ancient people? And the things which are coming, and will come, let them foretell them.
  .Revelation 3:7-10—
7 And to the Priests of the congregation of The House of Yahweh at Abel, write: These things says He Who is Holy, He Who is True, He Who has the key of David, He Who opens and no man shuts, and shuts and no man opens:
8 I know your Works. Behold, I have set before you an open door, and no man can shut it; for you have a little strength, and have kept My Word, and have not denied My Name.
9 Behold, I give out of those of the assemblage of the accuser—who preach themselves to be those who worship Yahweh, and they are not, but they attempt to deceive by falsehood—behold, I will appoint them for the purpose of worshiping in the presence of your footstool, and they will understand that I loved you.
10 Because you have kept My Laws and the Words of My Prophets, which purify you, I also will protect you from the time of the sentence of death, the carrying out of the sentence of death, oppression, affliction, wrong, suffering, violence, outrage, and rape, which will come upon all the world, to test; prove a point to, those who dwell upon the earth.
  .Mattithyah 24:14—
And this Message of the Kingdom will be preached to all the world by the one who bears witness to all nations; and then The End will come.

Here a little and there a little, when combined the Scriptures show when, where, and by whom the Last Days' Work of Yahweh would be established. Plus, they show that the warning of what sin will bring, will go to all nations and then The End will come.

Now notice, the Laws of Yahweh are being taught.
  .Hebrews 10:16—
This is the Covenant that I will renew with them after those days, says Yahweh: I will put My Laws into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them.

No religion on earth teaches and practices the Laws of Yahweh except The Last Days' Established House of Yahweh. From The House of Yahweh the Laws of Yahweh are being put in the hearts and minds of who?
  .Micahyah 4:1-3—
1 But in the Last Days it will come to pass that the mountain; promotion, of The House of Yahweh will be established in the chief of the nations. It will be raised above all congregations; and all peoples will eventually flow to it.
2 And many people will go and say; Come, and let us go up to Abel; to the mountain; to promote/praise Yahweh, to the House of the Father of Yaaqob, and He will teach us of His Ways, and we will walk in His Paths. For the Laws and the Word of Yahweh will be restored to Abel by those who keep all His Laws and who are taught by the Priest who teaches Peace.
3 And He will judge between many people, and rebuke strong nations afar off; and they will beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks. Nation will not lift up a sword against nation, nor will they learn war anymore.

4 He will judge among the nations, and will rebuke many people; they will beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks; nation will not lift up sword against nation, neither will they learn war anymore.

The following information is in reference to Isayah 2:1-4. Before they beat their swords into plowshares, we will see great destruction that will cover and devastate the earth, wiping out four-fifths of the earth's population. It has started already, but will grow worse.

In this same generation, before we see peace, which is prophesied to be established on earth by the use of Yahweh's Laws, we will see a third of mankind killed over a fourth part of the earth, in and around the great River Euphrates by nuclear war, famine, and disease epidemics.

In this same time period, The House of Yahweh is prophesied to bring Yahweh's warning to all nations, showing what they are bringing upon themselves. The House of Yahweh is also prophesied to teach Yahweh's Way to Peace to all nations.

In this time period, there will be a great awakening, the people who are left alive will see what they have caused by rebelling against Yahweh's Laws. They will then choose to learn and follow Yahweh's Laws of Peace.

We see the Last Days described in:
  .Mattithyah 24:21-22—
21 For then will be Great Tribulation, such as has not come to pass since the beginning of the world to this time—no, nor ever will be.
22 And unless those days were shortened, there would no flesh be saved; but for the Elect's sake, those days will be shortened.

Next we see that Yahweh says that the high places, mountains or promoted places, the religions of rebellion will be brought down.
  .Malakyah 1:3-5—
3 Yet Esau hated Me. His mountains have been laid waste, and his inheritance left for the jackals of the wilderness
4 Though Edom says; We are destitute, but we will return and rebuild the desolate places; this is what Yahweh says: They may build them, but they will be thrown down! They will call them the bounds of wickedness; the people whom Yahweh has judged and turned away from.
5 Your own eyes will see this, and you will say; Magnified is Yahweh^__even beyond the bounds of Israyl!

Isayah 2:3 instructs us to go up to where Yahweh is lifted up, where He has set apart teachers for the perfecting of the Saints.
  .Ephesians 4:11-12—
11 And He gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some preachers of the Message of the Kingdom of Yahweh, and some pastors and teachers:
12 For the perfecting of the Saints, for the work of the ministry, for the building of The House of Yahweh, which is the body of Messiah.
  .Mattithyah 23:37-39—
37 O Yerusalem! Yerusalem! You who murder the Prophets and stone those who are sent to you! How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings^__but you were not willing!
38 Behold! Your house is left to you deserted!
39 For I say to you: From this moment you will not see Me, until you say: Blessed is He Who comes in the Name of Yahweh!
  .Revelation 10:11—
And he said to me: You must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and languages, and kings.

Yahshua said the time would come when neither Yahweh nor His Laws would be taught on Zion.
  .Yahchanan 4:21—
Yahshua said to her: Woman, believe Me: The hour comes when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain, nor in Yerusalem.

This means that the whole doctrine of Salvation departed from Zion.
  .Isayah 2:3—
...For the Laws will depart from Zion, and the Word of Yahweh will depart from Yerusalem.

They did depart. Yahweh's Laws have not been practiced there since the Disciples and their followers were driven out and killed. Yahweh ceased to be worshipped in Yerusalem and Israyl. But in the Last Days, Prophecy shows that Yahweh will establish His House in the United States of America in Abilene, Texas. Notice the rest.

We also see that we will judge by Yahweh's Laws. This is done from the West (Revelation 7:2).
  .Revelation 10:11—
And he said to me: You must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and languages, and kings.
  .Zecharyah 2:10-12—
10 Sing and rejoice, O House of Yahweh, you who keep all of My Laws; for behold, I come, and I will dwell in the midst of you at Abel, says Yahweh.
11 And many nations will be joined to Yahweh in that day, and will be My People; and I will dwell in the midst of you at Abel. And you will know that Yahweh has sent me to you.
12 Yahweh will be the inheritance and portion of those who reverence Him and proclaim His Name, because they are His Saints, and He will choose the Priest who teaches Peace to be His Witness.
  .Isayah 49:12—
See them! They will come from afar, from the direction of the west, from the country from which the exiles will be brought back.
  .Isayah 2:4—
He will judge among the nations, and will rebuke many people; they will beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks; nation will not lift up sword against nation, neither will they learn war anymore.

The word beat in Isayah 2:4 is the Hebrew word katat, and means to beat, hammer, forge. This is found in The Analytical Hebrew and Chaldee Lexicon by Benjamin Davidson, on page 398. The word sword in this same verse is the Hebrew word chereb. This is word #2719 in the Hebrew Dictionary of Strong's Exhaustive Concordance, and means destructive instruments.

Now look again at:
  .Hebrews 10:16—
This is the Covenant that I will renew with them after those days, says Yahweh: I will put My Laws into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them.

So, in the Last Days, after Yahweh has allowed mankind to prove what sin brings, He will then prove what His Laws will bring. This is shown by the Savior and the Prophet, Malakyah. Notice carefully, the nuclear burning and the Laws being preached in all nations, both are taking place at the same time period.
  .Malakyah 4:1—
For, behold, the day comes that will burn like an oven; and all the proud, yes, and all who do wickedly, will be stubble—the day that comes will burn them up, says Yahweh our Father; and it will leave them neither root nor branch.

This same burning is shown by the Savior in:
  .Mattithyah 24:7, 21-22, 29-30—
7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines, and pestilences; disease epidemics, and earthquakes in place after place:
21 For then will be Great Tribulation, such as has not come to pass since the beginning of the world to this time—no, nor ever will be.
22 And unless those days were shortened, there would no flesh be saved; but for the Elect's sake, those days will be shortened.
29 Immediately, but after the Great Tribulation of those days will the sun be darkened, and the moon will not give her light, and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.
30 And then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven; and then will all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds of heaven with Power and Great Glory.

Now notice the warning to you, and the call to action.
  .Revelation 18:1-8—
1 And after these things I saw another malak come down from heaven, having Great Authority; and the earth was enlightened with His Glory.
2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying: Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of demons, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.
3 For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth have grown rich through the abundance of her delicacies.
4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying: Come out of her, My People, so that you do not partake in her sins, and so that you do not receive of her plagues,
5 For her sins have reached unto heaven, and Yahweh has remembered her iniquities!
6 Render to her just as she rendered to you, and repay her double according to her works! In the cup which she has mixed, mix for her double!
7 In the measure that she glorified herself, and lived luxuriously, so in that measure give her torment and sorrow! For she says in her heart: I sit a queen, and am no widow, and will see no sorrow.
8 Therefore, her plagues will come in one day—death, and mourning, and famine; and she will be utterly burned with fire; for strong is Father Yahweh Who judges her.

Revelation 18 is speaking of the burning of the great city that sits on seven hills.
  .Revelation 17:18, 9—
18 And the woman whom you saw, is that great city which reigns over the kings of the earth.
9 And here is the mind which has wisdom: The seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman sits.

The Basic Everyday Encyclopedia, page 451, gives us the following information concerning these seven mountains (hills).
   Rome (the "Eternal City"), ... Traditionally founded 753 BC by Romulus and Remus, built on 7 hills...

Compton's Pictured Encyclopedia, 1948, Volume 12, page 144, also tells us about the city of seven hills.
   ...the "City of Seven Hills." ...the Capitoline, Palatine, Aventine, Quirinal, Viminal, Esquiline, and Caelian hills. ...the seat of the papacy, the head of the great Roman Catholic Church.

Yes, Prophecy shows that this city that sits on seven hills, the leading religion with the Quartet in the Last Days, will be burned in one day. This could only be accomplished with nuclear burning. Notice:
.Revelation 18:5—
...her sins...

It's such a strange thing to some but the Catholic church under the pope and emperor Constantine changed Yahweh's Laws. This caused sin, the breaking of Yahweh's Laws to spread among all Catholics and forced the rest of the world to follow them in their rebellion. Constantine said, "Let us have nothing in common with the rabble of the Jews," meaning the Disciples of Yahshua and their followers who taught and practiced the Laws of Yahweh, which include the Ten Commandments. He changed Yahweh's Seventh Day Sabbath to Sunday, the first day of the week, in honor of the sun God. He also invoked the death penalty upon anyone who kept the Laws written by the Prophets.

Today, the Catholic church in Rome, the city that sits on seven hills, still follows the laws of Constantine, not the Laws of Yahweh. They still practice breaking the Laws written in your bible; meaning, they practice sin. Scripture shows us what sin is.
  .I Yahchanan 3:4—
Whoever commits sin, transgresses also the Laws; for sin is the transgression of the Laws.
  .I John 3:4, KJV—
Whosoever, committeth sin transgresseth also the law; for sin is the transgression of the law.

They fight against Yahweh and His Laws. They practice sin. According to your bible, they do not belong to Yahweh, but to Satan.
  .I Yahchanan 3:7-8—
7 Little children, let no man deceive you; he who practices Righteousness is Righteous, just as He is Righteous.
8 He who commits sin is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of Yahweh was manifested; that He might destroy the works of the devil.

They have no Eternal Life.
  .I Yahchanan 3:14-15—
14 We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brothers. He who does not love his neighbor abides in death.
15 Whoever hates his neighbor is a murderer; and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him.

Now back to the religion that brings forth the sins to the kings of the earth.
  .Revelation 18:5—
For her sins have reached unto heaven, and Yahweh has remembered her iniquities!

In this first burning with nuclear wars a third part of mankind will be killed over that fourth part of the earth in and around the great River Euphrates. But they still will not repent of following the path of sin in the days of the Quartet.
  .Revelation 9:20-21—
20 And the rest of the men who were not killed by these plagues, still did not repent of the works of their hands, that they should not worship demons, and gods (elohim, teraphim) of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which can neither see, nor hear, nor walk;
21 Neither did they repent of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.

Notice also in the Book of Revelation, this religion has many daughters/religions called harlots in the days of the Quartet.
  .Revelation 17:1-5—
1 And there came one of the seven malakim who had the seven bowls, and talked with me, saying to me: Come, I will show you the sentence of the great whore that sits upon many waters,
2 With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication; practiced idolatry: godworship (the worship of elohim), and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.
3 So he carried me away in the Spirit into the midst of godworshipers (worshipers of Elohim); and I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet colored beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet color, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication.
5 And upon her head was a name written: Mystery Babylon the great, the mother of the harlots and of the abominations of the earth.

These daughters also follow Constantine in changing the Laws of Yahweh written in your bible. In the days of the Quartet, Revelation shows that Satan has all the world deceived.
  .Revelation 12:9—
And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the devil, and Satan, who deceives the whole world. She was cast out into the earth, and her angels were cast out with her.

How does she do this?
  .I Yahchanan 3:4, 7-8—
4 Whoever commits sin, transgresses also the Laws; for sin is the transgression of the Laws.
7 Little children, let no man deceive you; he who practices Righteousness is Righteous, just as He is Righteous.
8 He who commits sin is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of Yahweh was manifested; that He might destroy the works of the devil.

None of the world's religions follows Yahweh's Laws in the days of the Quartet, not in the land of Israyl or any other nation.

The Holy Prophets prophesied that this religious system would speak against Yahweh and change the written Laws of Yahweh. The following Scriptures speak of this religious system that leads the fourth beast. The fourth beast is the fourth and last world-ruling kingdom shown to the Prophet Daniyl. This is written in:
  .Daniyl 7:7, 19—
7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold, a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and exceedingly strong; and it had great iron teeth; it devoured and broke in pieces, then trampled the residue with its feet. It was different from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.
19 Then I would know the truth of the fourth beast, which was different from all the others, exceedingly dreadful, whose teeth were of iron, and his claws of bronze; which devoured, broke in pieces, and trampled the residue with his feet.

All worldly Scriptural authorities agree that this fourth beast shown to Daniyl was the Roman empire. The religion that led it, and is still leading the kings of the earth, is the Roman Catholic church that makes war with Yahweh's Saints. The Roman Catholic popes fulfilled this Prophecy with their crusades, killing the Apostles and their followers who kept Yahweh's Laws.

The crusaders were against anyone who owned manuscripts written by the Holy Prophets. They were against anyone who kept the Seventh Day Sabbath. Constantine made it illegal to rest on the Seventh Day of the week as the Fourth Commandment instructs. Anyone found doing so would suffer the death penalty.
  .Exodus 20:8-11—
8 Remember the Sabbath Day, to keep it Holy.
9 Six days you shall labor and do all your work,
10 But the Seventh Day is the Sabbath of Yahweh your Heavenly Father. In it you shall not do your work: you, nor your wife, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your manservant, nor your maidservant, nor your cattle, nor the stranger who dwells within your gates.
11 For in six days Yahweh made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that are in them; and rested the Seventh Day. Therefore, Yahweh blessed the Sabbath Day, and hallowed it; Yahweh made the Sabbath Day Holy.

The Roman Catholic religion of rebellion was prophesied to devour the whole earth with its rebellious teachings of sin. Again, sin is:
  .I Yahchanan 3:4, 7-8—

The religion that became a strong leader of the Roman empire was called a horn, which means spokesman, teacher, religious leader. Notice, the horn has a mouth speaking great things.
  .Daniyl 7:20—
And of the ten horns that were on his head, and of the other horn which came up, before whom three fell—the horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spoke very great things, whose look was more stout; more mighty and imposing, than his fellows.

Speak it does, to all the earth, deceiving the whole world.
  .Daniyl 7:25—
And he will speak great words against Yahweh, and will wear out; mentally attack to cause to fall away, the Saints of Yahweh, and think to change times; Yahweh's Feast Days, and Laws; and they will be given into his hand until a time, and times, and the dividing of time.

The Catholic church admits to changing the Laws. History admits and the Holy Scriptures show they make war against those who keep Yahweh's Laws.
  .Daniyl 7:21—
I beheld, and the same horn made war with the Saints, and prevailed against them.

They pretend that Constantine was not a Catholic when they killed all the Saints of Yahweh, that he didn't repent and become a Christian until he was on his deathbed. But they still follow everything Constantine instituted—the changes he made to the Laws of Yahweh. If he repented of his sins, why doesn't the Catholic church follow his example and repent also? Prophecy says they will not repent.

Breaking the Seventh Day Sabbath is sin.
  .I Yahchanan 3:4—
Whoever commits sin, transgresses also the Laws; for sin is the transgression of the Laws.

The Sabbath is one of the Ten Commandments.
  .Exodus 20:8-11—
8 Remember the Sabbath Day, to keep it Holy.
9 Six days you shall labor and do all your work,
10 But the Seventh Day is the Sabbath of Yahweh your Heavenly Father. In it you shall not do your work: you, nor your wife, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your manservant, nor your maidservant, nor your cattle, nor the stranger who dwells within your gates.
11 For in six days Yahweh made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that are in them; and rested the Seventh Day. Therefore, Yahweh blessed the Sabbath Day, and hallowed it; Yahweh made the Sabbath Day Holy.

Notice now the words of the Apostles.
  .Hebrews 4:9-11—
9 Therefore, there remains the keeping of the Sabbath to the People of Yahweh,
10 For he who has entered into His Rest has also ceased from his own works, as Yahweh did from His.
11 Therefore, let us be zealous to enter into that Rest, so that no one may fall after the same example of unbelief.
  .Hebrews 10:25-27—
25 Not forsaking the gathering of ourselves together, as the manner of some is, but exhorting one another; and so much the more as you see the day approaching.
26 For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the Truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins,
27 But a certain fearful expectation of Judgment, and fiery indignation which will devour the adversaries.
  .Mattithyah 7:21-23—
21 Not everyone who says to Me; Teacher! Teacher! will enter into the Kingdom of Yahweh, but only he who does the will of My Father Who is in heaven.
22 Many will say to Me in that day; Teacher! Teacher! Have we not prophesied in Your Name, and cast out demons in Your Name, and in Your Name performed many wonderful works?
23 But then I will declare to them; I never knew you. Get away from Me, you who practice iniquity.

According to the Greek dictionary in Strong's Exhaustive Concordance, the word iniquity is word #458 from word #459, and means: not subject to the Laws.

  .Revelation 20:11-15—
11 And I saw a Great White Throne, and Him Who sat on it, from Whose face the powers of the earth and the powers of the heavens, the gods (elohim), were driven away; for the verdict was reached that there is no place for them.
12 And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before Yahweh. And the books were opened; and another book was opened, which is The Book of Life. And the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and sheol; the grave, delivered up the dead which were in them. And they were judged, every man, according to his works.
14 And death and sheol were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15 And whoever was not found written in The Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.
  .Revelation 22:12-15—
12 And behold, I come quickly, and My Reward is with Me, to give every man according as his work will be.
13 I am the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.
14 Blessed are those who keep His Laws, that they may have right to the Tree of Life, and may enter in through the Gates into the City.
15 For outside are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and worshipers of Gods (elohim) and everyone who professes to love, yet practices breaking the Laws.

The above Scriptures are not referring to the nuclear burning of Rome that is prophesied to take place in the time of the Quartet. The burning spoken of above is referring to the second death that the Savior spoke of in:
  .Mattithyah 10:28—
And do not fear those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the spirit; but rather, fear Him Who is able to destroy both spirit and body in Gehenna.
  .Daniyl 12:2—
And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake; some to Everlasting Life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.
  .Yahchanan 5:26-29—
26 For just as the Father has life in Himself, so He has given to the Son to have life in Himself;
27 And has given Him Authority to execute Judgment also, because He is the Son of Man.
28 Do not be astonished at this—for the hour is coming in which all who are in the graves will hear His Voice,
29 And will come forth. Those who have practiced Righteousness will be resurrected in order to live; and those who have practiced wickedness will be resurrected in order to be damned.
  .Mattithyah 7:23—
But then I will declare to them; I never knew you. Get away from Me, you who practice iniquity.
  .Yahchanan Mark 1:15—
And saying; The time has been fulfilled, and the Kingdom of Yahweh is at hand! Repent, and believe the Message!
  .Luke 13:3—
I tell you, No! But unless you repent you will all likewise perish!
  .Acts 3:19—
Repent therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out; that times of refreshing may come from the Presence of Yahweh.

The burning of the great city that sits on seven hills (Revelation 17:9) and reigns over the kings of the earth (Revelation 17:18), whose sins have reached into heaven (Revelation 18:5), is a nuclear burning that will start very soon in that fourth part of the earth in the days of the Quartet. Remember, the Quartet started in 2002.

The House of Yahweh was established in 1982 for the purpose of bringing the world this warning.

The nuclear burning will start with the killing of a third part of mankind (Revelation 9:18) over a fourth part of the earth (Revelation 6:8) in and around the great River Euphrates. For details,get our book Birth of the Nuclear Baby.

The Religion That Changed Yahweh's Laws Is Responsible For Her Own Burning

Very few people actually take responsibility for the curses they cause to come upon their own bodies. A curse causeless does not come.
  .Proverbs 26:2—
As a fluttering sparrow, or a flying swallow will alight, so a curse causeless will not come.

The curses of sickness and disease are coming because of today's lifestyles, so say the scientists. The Holy Scriptures also show that mankind's actions are the cause of these curses of sickness and disease.
  .Yahchanan 5:14—
Afterward, Yahshua found him in the sacred precincts and said to him: Behold, you are healed. Sin no more, or a worse thing will come upon you.

The Great Prophets of Yahweh show this over and over in their writings. Sin is the lifestyle of today's world and is the cause of today's curses--sickness and disease. For the days of the Quartet, they give the following Prophecies. Notice the cause:
  .Isayah 24:1-6 —
1 Before Yahweh's very Eyes, the earth is made empty and it is made waste; the face of it is perverted and its inhabitants scattered abroad;
2 And it will be: as with the people, so with the priest; as with the servant, so with his owner; as with the maid, so with her mistress; as with the buyer, so with the seller; as with the lender, so with the borrower; as with him who takes usury, so with him who gives usury to him:
3 The land will be utterly emptied and utterly plundered, for Yahweh has spoken this word.
4 The earth mourns and fades away, the world mourns and fades away, and the haughty people of the earth languish.
5 The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants of it, because they have transgressed the Laws, changed the Ordinance, and broken the Everlasting Covenant.
6 Because of this, the curse has devoured the earth, and they who dwell therein are desolate; therefore, the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.

Did you notice the cause in verse 5? Did you notice that by changing and breaking Yahweh's Laws, the popes have caused curses to devour the whole earth? Therefore, the nuclear burning will also come from these same people. Yes, because Yahweh's Laws have been transgressed, nuclear burning is coming.
  .Isayah 24:5—
The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants of it, because they have transgressed the Laws, changed the Ordinance, and broken the Everlasting Covenant.

Transgressing Yahweh's Laws is sin.
  .I Yahchanan 3:4—
Whoever commits sin, transgresses also the Laws; for sin is the transgression of the Laws.

Remember the words of Yahshua—sin no more.
  .Yahchanan 5:14—
Afterward, Yahshua found him in the sacred precincts and said to him: Behold, you are healed. Sin no more, or a worse thing will come upon you.

Please notice what the Savior is saying to you. He is saying stop sinning and the curses you are causing will stop.
  .Adultery causes STDs.
  .Fornication causes STDs.
  .Sodomy causes STDs.
  .Bestiality causes STDs in men, women and animals.

STDs come in many forms. Many of them are deposited in the environment from men's and animals' excretions. Read again what Yahweh inspired the Holy Prophet Isayah to write.
  .Isayah 24:5—
The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants of it, because they have transgressed the Laws, changed the Ordinance, and broken the Everlasting Covenant.

Transgressing Yahweh's Laws is the cause of sickness, disease and the defilement of the earth, from where we get our food. Most people don't know that vegetation raised today contains parasites that were created by acts of sin. The parasites are STDs, but scientists don't show that today. Nevertheless, these parasites created by illegal sexual acts have mutated into many thousands of forms, shapes and sizes.

These parasites enter the fruits and vegetables we eat. They also enter our bodies and the bodies of our animals, causing sickness and disease in our organs and the organs of our animals. Diseases are becoming more numerous, and children are dying at very young ages. They are born with cardiovascular disease and cancer, sometimes even of the brain. The trouble is where the parasites, STDs, take up home in the body. The parents have these parasites in their bodies and pass them on to their children, even to their grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Notice something else that the Prophet Isayah shows us for the days of the Quartet.
  .Isayah 24:10—
The cities of confusion are broken down; every house is shut up, so no man may come in.

Notice the word confusion. Babylon means confusion. Confusion of the mind is what the popes brought forth by changing Yahweh's Laws. This caused the people to follow lifestyles of sin, which cause parasites to enter the body and the brain.

History shows and the Catholic church admits that they changed Yahweh's Laws. Read again:
  .Isayah 24:5—
The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants of it, because they have transgressed the Laws, changed the Ordinance, and broken the Everlasting Covenant.

Constantine, the Roman emperor, of the so-called "holy" Roman empire that the Prophet Daniyl called the fourth beast (Daniyl 7:7-8, 19, 21, 23, 25) changed the Laws and brought curses upon the whole earth. Anyone who would not follow his new laws would suffer the death penalty.

The word confusion in Isayah 24:10 comes from the word Babylon.

In the Second Part of The Book of Yahweh the word Babylon, found in Revelation chapters 17 and 18, is Greek word #897 in Strong's Exhaustive Concordance. It is shown to come from Hebrew word #894 and means the same—confusion and tyranny.

Tyranny was used by the relgious leaders of the Roman empire to enforce the changing of Yahweh's Laws. Compare:
  .Daniyl 7:25—
And he will speak great words against Yahweh, and will wear out; mentally attack to cause to fall away, the Saints of Yahweh, and think to change times; Yahweh's Feast Days, and Laws; and they will be given into his hand until a time, and times, and the dividing of time.
  .Daniyl 11:31—
And the army will stand on his part, and they will pollute the sanctuary of strength, and will take away the daily sacrifice, and they will place the Lord of heaven.

Please notice the same; they changed the Laws and destroyed the temple.

Remember the word confusion. Now go back to the Scriptures showing the time period we are in today, the time of the Quartet. Again, I say, remember the word confusion. Notice:
  .Isayah 24:5-6—
5 The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants of it, because they have transgressed the Laws, changed the Ordinance, and broken the Everlasting Covenant.
6 Because of this, the curse has devoured the earth, and they who dwell therein are desolate; therefore, the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.

Compare:
  .Isayah 24:10—
The cities of confusion are broken down; every house is shut up, so no man may come in.

The cities of confusion, the Prophet is referring all the way back to when the Laws of Yahweh were rejected by the schools of higher learning instituted by the system called Nimrod which means he rebelled. The sons of Cush are given in:
  .Genesis 10:7—
The sons of Cush were Seba, Havilah, Sabtah, Raamah, and Sabtechah; and the sons of Raamah were Sheba and Dedan.

Nimrod is not a son of Cush. Nimrod is a system of higher learning education that we see present in all nations today. The beginning of this system was, in fact, confusion. For more details concerning this system called Nimrod get The Ninth Book of Yisrayl, Part II.

The confusion brought forth is still present today because it brings in much money to those who get the highest degrees from the system of higher learning, which is geared to making money.

The Beginning Of This System Or Kingdom Was Babel Or Confusion

Let's look again at:
  .Isayah 24:4—
The earth mourns and fades away, the world mourns and fades away, and the haughty people of the earth languish.

The word languish according to the Hebrew dictionary of Strong's Exhaustive Concordance means sickness, disease, droop, be weak, wax feeble.

There is a Prophecy concerning this drop of strength and health, and showing who is behind the Nimrod schools of higher learning that started with confusion. The same confusion is being taught in the schools of higher learning throughout the world.
  .Amosyah 3:9-11—
9 Publish in the palaces at Ashdod, and in the palaces in the land of Egypt, and say; Assemble yourselves on the mountains of Samaria, and behold the great tumults; turmoil and destruction, within her, and the oppressions in her midst.
10 For they do not know to do Righteousness, says Yahweh: they who store up violence and robbery in their palaces.
11 Therefore, this is what Father Yahweh says: An adversary is surrounding the land; he will bring down your strength from you, and your palaces will be plundered.

Notice the word adversary, and compare.
  .Isayah 14:12, 26—
12 How you have fallen from heaven, O Hillel; Lucifer, Aphrodite, Venus, child of the light! How you are cut down to the ground, you who weakened the nations!
26 This is the purpose; plan, that is purposed upon the whole earth; this is the hand that is stretched out upon all the nations.

The world today has a multitude of curses, starting with the increase of birth defects that can be seen, which are in the millions, and those that can't be seen, which are in the billions and increasing daily. Then all the sickness and disease that are in between birth and death. There is also the defilement of the earth, water and atmosphere. Not only is the earth defiled, but the animals we use for food are also.

Then there is the confusion of the mind that has led to what are called drug wars, trade wars, and the soon-coming nuclear wars among the nations, which have no solutions. Each treaty only becomes a false hope of peace or a postponement of the inevitable, prophesied wars. This can all be seen in Prophecy.

Also prophesied is the deceiving power or influence in the world. But the world in its disbelief of a guiding Creator cannot put the two together. Although they are both here, and you have no other explanation, you still won't believe the only possible Truth and repent.
  .Revelation 12:9—
And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the devil, and Satan, who deceives the whole world. She was cast out into the earth, and her angels were cast out with her.
  .Genesis 3:1-7—
1 Now the serpent was more subtle and crafty than any beast of the field which Yahweh had made. And she said to the woman; Has Yahweh indeed said: You shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
2 And the woman said to the serpent; We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden;
3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, Yahweh has said: You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, or you will die.
4 And the serpent said to the woman; You will not surely die.
5 For He knows that in the day you eat of it, your eyes will be opened, and you will be as gods (elohim), knowing Righteousness and evil.
6 So when the woman saw that the tree was desirable for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate.
7 Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they realized that they had sinned; they had violatedYahweh's Laws. Because they had not kept Yahweh's Laws, they were afraid.
  .Isayah 24:4-6, 10—

10 The cities of confusion are broken down; every house is shut up, so no man may come in.
  .Leviticus 18:23—
Neither shall you have sexual relations with any animal and defile yourself, along with it; neither shall any woman present herself to have sexual relations with an animal. It is confusion and perversion.

Notice the word confusion in Leviticus 18:23. You need to read all of Leviticus Chapter 18 in your bible. These Laws, as well as the Ten Commandments, were changed by the Nimrod system, therefore, causing confusion to come to all the world in the days of the Quartet, which is a period of disbelief.

When one breaks one or more of these Laws, they take into their body microorganisms that war with the body's defense system. They rape cells, crossbreed, mutate and become a part of the makeup of the person's body. These crossed, mutated organisms begin to change the body's genes, causing deterioration to different parts of the body; thus, bringing down its strength. Even the minds/brains are altered to the point that mankind is showing more and more confusion, hatred, and violence in all nations, and the incapacity of making a sensible decision.

Why Should You Believe The Holy Scriptures?

The obvious answer is that no man can foretell the future. You may ask, what about fortunetellers? They have a way of deceiving. If you watch them carefully and examine every word they say or ask, you will see what I mean. But the statement proves true; no man can or ever could foretell the future. But there is a Being called Yahweh Who can, did and does foretell the future of mankind and the world. It's obvious that every Prophecy for these Last Days is present today, if you would just take an unbiased look at world events and the physical aspects of the earth and mankind, which show the decline in their strength and sustainability. Prophecy shows the only plausible explanation. It has been shown for some 6,000 years.

Yahweh, the Heavenly Father, is the Only Being in the universe Who has proven or even makes the claim that He can foretell the future.

Yahweh Foretold The Actions Of The Quartet

The Quartet was not formed until 2002; yet, it was prophesied of in the Book of Revelation to be active in the fourth part of the earth, around the great River Euphrates during what the Prophets refer to as the Last Days. This further proves we are in the Last Days time period.

The Quartet now exists and is active in that fourth part of the earth. It was created and formed for that purpose. This is all shown in Prophecy concerning the fourth part of the earth.

Yahweh also shows us what the Quartet will do in the first, second, third, and fourth activities.
